Your Feedback

Blogs grow over the course of time and it is not always easy to categorize them into specific categories. If you have found blogs not fitting into a proper category or the blog is dead or the blog has moved, etc, etc, please drop us your feedback to help us ensure that the directory is more useful. And if you are the owner of that blog, login and manage your listing.

FAQs and a little bit of rules…

  • Q1. How are the sites Listed ?
    Answer : In Alphabetical Order of Blog Title
  • Q2. How is the search result displayed ?
    Answer : In Alphabetical Order of Blog Title
  • Q3. How can I change my blogs Listing.
    Answer : Login, Make a Post. Old Entry Will be Deleted. Your new Entry will Remain for you to modify as and when you like
  • Q4. Can I select all the categories ?
    Answer : No, selecting all/or inappropriate categories will have you ban your blog from being listed in this site.
  • Q5. What kind of categories should I choose?
    Answer : Look at your blog, which category in your blog has the most posts ? Start from there and pick suitable categories that would best describe what your blog offers to your visitors.
  • Q6. I have two or more blogs, Can I add all of them ? Answer : Yes You Can
  • Q7. Can I add Description etc in my entry.
    Answer : No. Have a look at the listings, make sure your listing is similar to those
  • Q8. Can I allow users to comment on my listing
    Answer : Yes, but we do not recommend this option. Encourage users to comment on your blog but not here
  • Q9. What is the required image size ?
    Answer : Width 120 x Height 120 either in JPG of Gif Format.
  • Q10. What makes a blog Nepali Blog ?
    answer : you are a Nepali by birth or You write about Nepal. For none Nepalese, we ask that you maintain at least 50% of the posts geared towards Nepal.
  • Q11. Will Blogs carrying posts which are just `copy/paste’ of someone’s work will be listed here ? Answer : You know it! a BIG NO! Then what ? Well, kill that blog and create a new one. Or delete all such posts then join WebLali.
  • Q12. Why is my blog not shown when I select the Location `Nepal’ ? This directory is under BETA, at the moment, until the final code is inserted, you will need to select both “Nepal” and it’s child category such as Kathmandu.

    • Q13. Why is my blog not shown when I select the location such as Kathmandu ? Answer : While reviewing your blog’s profile, we did not find exact location in Nepal. Perhaps you have said “I am a Nepali and I live in Nepal”

  • Q14. Are blogs that have zillions of authors more popular than those with a single author. Answer : Not really, a single author driven blog can do well
  • Q15. Help, I can login but can not make changes to my entry.
    Answer : This option is not available yet. We are experimenting the directory. So keep looking at the “Test Tube” page to see when this option becomes available. At the moment, you can only add entries but can not modify them.
  • Q16. Help. My blog is not shown when i browse by gender. Answer: You forget to choose that category. What is “N/A or others” under the gender category? Answer: . You wish not to disclose your gender information or blogs have multiple authors or any other category under it does not fit for you.
